Yesterday, I got to spend the day with an absolutly adorable couple. Marta and Chris are so in love that you can feel it when you are around them. I knew there love was meant to be just by the way that Chris looks at her. I met Marta a few years ago through my friend Amy when they were attending college at Moore College of Art in Philadelphia. Marta is an amazing artist, full of energy, and is always making everyone around her laugh. I am so glad that I got to be part of their special day. When the clouds and rain arrived, they were forced to move the entire wedding inside the tent, but everything worked out perfect. The ceremony and reception were held at Chris's parent's house in Hainesport, NJ. Everything was beautiful! Marta only thanked me about 100 times before the night had ended.

Mariah and Doug- Married!
Last weekend I took a trip down to Chestertown, MD for the fabulous wedding of Doug and Mariah for Mark Gardner. Mariah and Doug were absolutley adorable together and just so excited to be getting married. The ceremony and reception took place at a gorgeous property that was originally owned by Doug's grandparents. This location is special to Doug's family because as children, they all gathered there every Christmas. The ceremony was held outside amoungst the cornfields and in front of a pond. Then, we headed deeper into the cornfields to an outdoor reception under a tent. I can't say anything other than how beautiful this wedding was from start to finish!
Do you think Mariah's mom and grandmom were a little excited to see her in her wedding dress?
Some cool sun flare
When Doug arrived, Mariah kept peeking out to see him. It was too cute
I loved this silhouette of her
Right after the kiss: The lipstick wipe
How gorgeous is this cake?

What should Lola be for Halloween
So, Since we have no children, I dress up the dog for Halloween. Surprisingly, Lola really likes clothes, but she isnt too crazy about the hats. So this year we have narrowed it down to three options. What do you think our pup should be for Halloween?
Option A: Bumble Bee
Option B: Mermaid
Option C: Ladybug

Phillies Fever!
So, The Phillies being in the playoffs is a very exciting time. On Tuesday night as I was watching Dancing with the Stars.. my inner cheerleader emerged, and out came the rhinestones. I try very hard to keep the cheerleader in me under control, but occasionally I submiss to rhinestones and glitter. So, for 2 hrs I proceeded to glue red and silver rhinestones on my Phillies shirt in preparation for the playoffs. Austin said "you are the only person I know that just happens to have a stash of matching rhinestones complete with star-shaped rhinestones". Well, my only excuse is that the last team I was on was red, black and white. After all that hard work I made sure to grab my point and shoot camera so that I could share the end product...
ps. the shirt is good luck. They won game 1, and they are currently winning game 2 as I type this...
