Malyna's B-day

Well, last week we celebrated Malyna's birthday at good ol Adelphias, and I have to admit that Austin and I had as much fun as the birthday girl. Since I'm not the kind of person that lugs my big camera out on the town, I grabbed a few wild and crazy pics of us with my little point and shoot. And, I just got a txt asking if we want to make a repeat appearance tomorrow night....
Please take note of the progression of the evening... everyone looking calm and collective.. The birthday girl is wearing the pink top
And then we move to the dance floor
Where things got a little crazy...
The inevitable... late night self portrait

Anna and Courtney are Married!

On Saturday I had the awesome opportunity to second shoot for Bob Brown of Cricklewood Photography in King of Prussia for the wedding of Anna and Courtney. The ceremony and reception were held at the groom's parents residence and I can't even explain how nice it was there. There were gardens and flowers everywhere, and I was so excited to shoot my first outdoor wedding. Here are a few of the pics that stood out to me:

I grabbed this shot right before Anna got into the limobus and I love how the light hit her face

Some Details:
The florist did such an amazing job. I loved the flowers they got!

Something a little different, but I knew I wanted to do something fun with this one of the flowergirl.
Don't you wish this was your backyard?

The Website is Live

Well, for the past few months I have been working on getting my website up and running. It is still a work in progress and I will continue to add to the galleries, but I'm excited about it. So check it out http://www.issyschmidimaging.com/

A Dog Day for the American Cancer Society

On Sunday I participated in a charity event to support the American Cancer Society by taking pictures of doggies. For a small donation to the ACS, dog moms and dads could get a 4x6 print of their family pet. Austin's aunt put this entire event together and she put so much time and effort into it. She even had a little platform and flowers set up for the doggie photos.

My little Lola was our model to test out the set-up

And then we had an extra special little visitor.... baby Cole!
